Hello... I'm back and ready to lose a few more pounds.
I haven't done too bad in the last year, still weigh less
than when I started so that's a plus... I originally  started
at 286.0 lbs. I'm still 45 lbs ahead!!! I need to lose a few more before
I go see the Cardiologist... Suppose to have OHS, need to have my
aortic valve replaced.... Wish Me Luck!!!
